More clever usage of ties if I do say so myself. (Please note the faux bravado!) And the hats are full office reincarnation cuz they are made of ties and old suit jackets! I use it all; the buttons, the lining, as well as the fabric itself. It's like carving up that turkey a few days after Thanksgiving- nothing goes to waste. A lil' note about all of my headbands. They are made of vintage ties, often silk, and buttons. I internally reinforced them for shape retainment- like a diet. Weird. Each has around 2" of sturdy elastic to secure the headband under your hair. Now they are adjustable- but let's not go wild. No one wants a tourniquet around their head. This one here measures from 21"-22".
